Alarm

Alarm, as the name shows, display all alarm logs of the current site.

You can use it to:

• Search and view alarm log
• Add work order
• Close alarm log

Close Alarm Log

1. Enter the Alarm List page
2. Select the alarm with a status of "Open"
3. Select "Close"
4. A pop-up will display and fill in closing instructions
5. Click "Confirm"
   Note: If the alarm log is closed in the app, the closing information will be logged and displayed on both the app and the web.

Search and View Alarm Log

1. Enter the Alarm List page
2. Click the search icon on the upper right corner
   Note: You can search by alarm name.
3. Filter by level(High or Low), status(Open or Closed) or Type(Equipment or Type)
4. Click the sort and filter icon on the upper right corner down the search icon
   Note: If you slide to enable the button "Show only Alarm that notify Me", then you will receive the alarms that the recipient is yourself. If you click "Newest first", the most recent report time will on the top. If you click "Oldest first", the oldest report time will on the top. You can also search by equipment and location.
5. Click and enter the log detail page
6. Select "Hour","Day" or "Week to view the time-series related data

Add Work Order

1. Enter the Alarm List page
2. Select the alarm with a status of "Open"
3. Click "Add Work Order"
4. Fill in essential information
5. Click "Submit"
