Page General Layout
This section explains all elements in the top navigation bar. Additionally, the left sidebar displays all Akila suites and modules, including Digital Twin, Data Insights, Energy Management, Waste Management, Maintenance Management, Workspace Management, and Site Information. You can find more details about these in the Web Manual.
| Term | Description |

| Site | Located at the top left of the Site Management page. A site represents a specific address within a city for a given company. You can search for a site by name and click on it to access that specific site. |
| General Settings | Located at the bottom of the left sidebar. These are portfolio-level settings. Any changes made here will apply to all sites. |
| Ask AI | Located in the upper right corner of all pages. It answers both "how do I use this?" and "what's happening at my site?" |
| Service Desk | Located in the upper right corner of all pages. You can submit feedback here and also view the user manual to learn more about Akila. |
| Language | Located in the upper right corner of all pages. Available languages include Chinese, English (US), French, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Italian. |
| Account | Located in the upper right corner of all pages. You can view your account information, reset your password, log out of Akila, and download the Akila app here. |
Site Page Layout and Interaction
The leftmost navigation bar contains Portfolio Management, Site Management, and General Settings.

| Portfolio Management | Portfolio Management includes Portfolio Analytics and Carbon Management. The Map Overview page in Portfolio Analytics allows you to view a collection of all site information. All Carbon Management functionality can be applied across all sites. |
| Site Management | Site Management includes 3D Interface, Data Insights, Carbon Management, Energy Management, Waste Management, Maintenance Management, Workspace Management, and Site Information. After purchasing different suites, you can access various suites and models. |
| General Settings | Configurations made here will be applied to all sites. |
On the left sidebar, you can click any icon to access a suite. Hovering over an icon will display its name. The menu structure consists of suites, modules, and sub-modules.

| Suite | The suite name is bolded in the header. Click the "x" next to the name or the icon in the lower left corner to collapse the menu. |
| Module | Click the arrow next to the module name to expand the sub-module list. |
| Sub-Module | Click the name to navigate to the detailed page. |
After entering a sub-module page, you will see basic search filters.
