Alarm Management

The Alarm application displays all alarm logs for the current site.

You can use it to:

• Search, view and close alarm logs
• Link work orders to alarms
• Receive alarm push notifications

Search and View Alarm Logs

1. Enter the Alarm List page. There are three interconnected ways to quickly find a specific alarm:

   Note:

   • Tap the search icon in the upper right corner and search by alarm name.
   • Or filter by level (High or Low), status (Open or Closed), or type (Equipment, Part, or Energy).
   • Tap the sort and filter icon below the search icon in the upper right corner. If you enable the "Show only Alarm that notify Me" toggle, you will only see alarms where you are the recipient. If you select "Newest first", the most recent reports will appear at the top. If you select "Oldest first", the oldest reports will appear at the top. You can also filter by equipment and location.

2. Tap to enter the log detail page.

3. Select "Go to Time-Series Analytics" to view the time-series related data.

Close Alarm Log

1. Enter the Alarm List page
2. Select the alarm with a status of "Open"
3. Select "Close"
4. A pop-up will appear. Enter the closing instructions.
5. Tap "Confirm".
   Note: If an alarm log is closed in the app, the closing information will be recorded and displayed on both the app and the web.

Add Work Order

1. Enter the Alarm List page.
2. Select an alarm with a status of "Open".
3. Tap "More Actions", then "Add Work Order".
4. Fill in the required information.
5. Tap "Submit".
