Operation Overview

This page acts as a centralized hub, combining all inspection jobs and work orders. It streamlines work order creation, saving you time and enhancing efficiency for smoother maintenance operations.

You can use it to:

  • Add work order
  • Add, edit and copy quick filter
  • Manage work order and inspection jon on one centralized place

Add Work Order

  1. Click "+Add" and "Add Work Order" on the top right corner
  2. Select work order type and priority
  3. Input description and select location
  4. Fill in other optional fields and select attachments(optional)
    Note: You can upload 8 attachments of .png/.jpg/.jpeg/.pdf files under 10MB.
  5. Click Save

Add Quick Filter

  1. After selecting some filters
    Note: Work order type, location, equipment, work order status and start time will be saved.
  2. Click "Actions" on the top right corner
  3. Click "Add Quick Filter"
  4. Input the quick filter name.
  5. Select Viewers
    Note: If you select "Only Me", then only creator can view the quick filter. If you select everyone, then everybody who can view the list can view the filter. If you select "Specific Users", then you can select users who can view the filter.
  6. Click Save.
    Note: You can only add up to 20 quick filters.

Edit/Copy Quick Filter

  1. Click "Actions" on the top right corner
  2. Click "View All Quick Filters"
  3. Hover on one of the quick filter and click edit/copy
  4. Input a new name
  5. Select viewers
  6. Click Save.
