KPI Management

KPI Management is an enterprise-grade performance indicator system designed to enable precise monitoring and target control of energy performance. It features a two-tier (portfolio/site) KPI architecture that facilitates strategic goal decomposition, with portfolio-level KPIs configured by fiscal year while allowing monthly adjustments at the site level.

You can use it to:

  • establish measurable targets aligned with fiscal objectives
  • ensure consistent monitoring of energy supply and consumption metrics.
